Kees Kort comments
It seems to be spelled as Droshky or Drosky a transliteration of the Russian name Дрожки.
It is a four-wheel carriage with a low-lying structure,
probably ideal for stability on bad quality uneven roads.

Chabarovsk [Russian Хаба́ровск - beware the accent is only for foreigners that they know
where the accent is] is a long way from Vladivostok, perhaps not for Russian dimensions,
but it is ca. 750 km north of Vladivostok.

American Infantry was used to guard the railroads in Siberia from the Bolsheviks.
According to accounts of that period from 1918 -1920,
Khabarovsk was a city near the huge Amur railroad bridge leading to Manchuria.
