This is German Parseval airship sold and delivered to the RNAS [Royal Navy Air Service) in 1913.
The specific type was PL 18, where PL is the abbreviation for Parseval Luftschiff / Parseval Airship.
Their 18th unique model.
The PL 18 was taken in service as Naval Airship
No. 4.
It continued in service till 1917, the main task to patrol the Channel, looking out for submarines.
