The boyish figure in the centre is the Czarevitch, to his right is the office of the guard.

Probably the most interesting photograph taken of the late Czar of Russia and his family
showing that in the last days of their lives, they took to manual labor to relieve the tedious life
they passed in captivity at Tsarskoe-Selo...by the shed holding a parasol is the Czarina.
The two ladies near her are her daughters, grand-duchesses.
The man ... left center is [Pierre] Gilliard, the tutor of the Czarovitch.
The Czar is in the right center with spade in his right hand.
