A favorite pastime which has excellent results is the work of the Convalescent soldiers
now recuperating in Egypt.
They are quartered in an old Royal palace now converted into a Convalescent depot.
The men are busily making clothes for the destitute inhabitants of Palestine
between 1917 and 1920
