The leading men of the Turkish army organization have by no means an easy task.
German well diggers are sent in advance to dig for water.
In the Turkish hospitals the doctors are nursing the sick.
The appeal for voluntary contributions to succour the Red Half Moon has not been in vain;
a considerable sum of money has already been collected
and made over to the administration of the Red Half Moon.
Moreover the count of the empire Fritz von Hochberg
has led an expedition of the Red Cross to Turkey;
the latter carried with them a great amount of supplies for hospitals
between 1917 and 1919

Picture shows wounded Turcos leaving the Duchess of Westminster's Hospital at the Casino,
at Le Touquet, France.
This Hospital has been officially declared one of the finest in France.
There are an average of 250 being attended under the personal direction of the Duchess
